Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 August 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Computer go beep AB ("we", "us"), a company registered in Sweden, covering your use of SuperSend at supersend.app. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you are confirming you have the authority to bind it.

How we handle your data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.

What SuperSend does

SuperSend generates short-form video. It creates AI hook clips, stitches them onto product demo recordings you supply, and publishes the finished vertical videos to the social accounts you connect. It then reads back aggregate performance figures for those accounts and shows them to you.

Who can use it

You need to be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. SuperSend is built for businesses and professional creators, not for personal use by consumers.

Your account

Keep your login credentials to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has them. Anything done through your account is your responsibility. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe has been compromised.

Connecting social accounts

When you connect YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, a Facebook Page, or Threads, you confirm you own or are authorised to post to that account. You can disconnect at any time, from SuperSend or from the platform itself. Disconnecting stops us publishing, but it does not retract anything already posted.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details; Stripe handles them under its own terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund partial periods unless the law requires it or we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Prices exclude VAT and other taxes unless stated. If we change our prices, we will give you at least 30 days' notice before the change hits your renewal, and you can cancel before then.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. By starting to use a paid plan straight away you ask us to begin the service within that window, and you lose the right to withdraw once the service has been fully performed.

Unpaid invoices let us suspend the service until the balance is settled.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you bring: demo recordings, reference images and videos, hook text, captions, and your brand assets. You grant us a licence to host, process, adapt, and publish that material for the sole purpose of running the service for you — rendering your videos and posting them where you tell us to. The licence ends when you delete the content or close your account.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload. That includes music, footage, trademarks, and any person appearing or speaking in your reference media. Do not upload someone's face or voice without their permission.

AI-generated video

Hook clips are generated by a third-party AI model. Two things follow from that.

We cannot promise a generated clip is unique. Similar prompts can produce similar output for other customers, and we make no claim about your ability to register or enforce exclusive rights in it.

Review before you publish. Generated video can be wrong, distorted, or unsuitable, and you decide what goes out under your name. As between you and us, the finished video is yours, subject to the AI provider's own terms for its model output.

Acceptable use

Do not use SuperSend to:

  • Post anything unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or sexually exploitative.
  • Impersonate a person or organisation, or misrepresent who is behind an account.
  • Publish content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or privacy.
  • Run bulk spam, engagement farming, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour across accounts.
  • Break the rules of any platform you connect.
  • Probe, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or resell it as your own.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

Platform rules and account risk

You are responsible for complying with the terms of every platform you publish to, and those terms are theirs to change without telling us. Automated posting carries inherent risk: platforms can and do restrict, suspend, or remove accounts at their own discretion, and their decisions are outside our control.

We build SuperSend to work within the publishing APIs each platform provides and the permissions you grant. We cannot guarantee that any platform will accept your content, keep it up, or leave your account in good standing, and we are not liable for any suspension, restriction, reach limitation, or removal.

Availability

We aim to keep SuperSend running but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change features, take the service down for maintenance, or discontinue parts of it. Where a change is significant and you are on a paid plan, we will give you reasonable notice.

Rendering and generation depend on third-party providers. If one of them fails or changes its API, parts of the service may stop working until we adapt.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that exposes us or another user to legal risk. Serious cases may be immediate; otherwise we will give notice and a chance to fix the problem where it is reasonable to do so.

When the agreement ends, your right to use SuperSend stops. We will delete your data as set out in the Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep before you close the account.

Disclaimers

SuperSend is provided as it is. Beyond what these terms say and what Swedish law requires, we make no warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing here promises a business result. We do not guarantee views, followers, engagement, reach, or revenue.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Indemnity

You will cover us against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms — including a claim that something you published infringes someone's rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the last change. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you directly and, for paid plans, before it takes effect at your next renewal. Continuing to use SuperSend after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

Swedish law governs these terms, and the courts of Sweden have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
